RETURNS POLICY:
In most instances, refunds on returns are processed and refunded to your account within 24 hours after our warehouse receives approved return merchandise.

 

Return requests must be within 5 days of receipt.

Submitting your return request: All return requests must be emailed to info@pushpopcontainers.com within 5 days of delivery. Once we have approved your request, you will then be directed to return unopened and unhandled products.

Please see our list of items not eligible for return.

 


Please Note: Giarraffa Co. LLC/Push Pop Containers accepts returns on products that have not been opened or handled in any way.

All returns will have a deduction for the shipping cost plus a 15% restock fee when ordered directly from the Giarraffa Co online shop at shop.pushpopcontainers.com.

 

If your order was placed on Amazon or other selling platforms, there will be a 20% restock fee along with the deduction of the original shipping cost.

 

If your return is accepted we will refund your account minus the shipping charge and the restock fee.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping postage.
